Papa Anzóis products were born out of a dream to revive the production of preserved marine wonders in the Algarve region, located in the southernmost part of Portugal. The factory is located in the rural area of ​​Parchale, historically associated with fish production and canning. All ingredients and production processes used for production are exclusively of local origin. The production is made in small controlled batches, and the dehydration process used during the innovative production method allows to maintain the organoleptic properties of fresh fish.
