Papa Anzóis products were born from the dream of reviving the production of canned seafood in the Algarve region, located in the southernmost part of Portugal. The factory is located in the village of Parchale, historically linked to fish extraction and canning. All ingredients and production processes used in the production are of exclusively local origin. The products are produced in small controlled batches, and the innovative production method uses a dehydration process that allows the organoleptic properties of fresh fish to be preserved.
Although this may vary depending on the sardine fishing season, the uniqueness of this producer also lies in the fact that larger and fattier fish are often selected for canning, of which only two cans can fit (the net weight of the product is not affected). This may surprise first-time tasters, but true gourmets will certainly appreciate this unique combination of taste and quality.
The result of all this is a unique seafood product, full of exceptional properties and a variety of flavors.
